  Step 1
Are you ready to Lose It one step at a time? This is where we get started. Step one begins with our initial consultation where we sit down to figure out your goals and create a plan to get there. With lifestyle targets in mind we:
  • Create your initial meal plan
  • Customize an exercise program that’s fun for you and fits your lifestyle
  • Educate you on how food works in your body
Step one is where we get you going in the right direction. You will usually see an immediate decrease in your weight and an increase in energy as your body cleans out and begins to operate on clean burning fuels.

The key during this first step is to get started on creating routines that promote your lifestyle goals.
     
  Step 2
This is where we lock in the habits that are going to promote long-term health and wellness as well as identify the negative emotional cycles that sabotage our progress. During this step we:
  • Fine-tune your meal plans based on what’s working for you and what’s not.
  • Identify triggers of emotional eating and replace them with healthier habits.
  • Continue education about food and healthy living
  • Continue to expand your fitness program.
Step two is where we work hard to create long-term behavioral changes that are going to help us live healthy long-term. This stage is where you typically reach your goal weight, and begin to feel natural with your new lifestyle.
     
  Step 3
Habits are locked in, emotional eating is under control, and your education in nutrition keeps you motivated to continue living well. You have reached your goals and now weight management is much easier, supported by your new lifestyle habits.

You feel happier, more confident, and your friends are all commenting on your appearance. Once you have reached this stage you no longer need us!
