I came to see Kelly at a very low time in my life. I had just ended a long term relationship and I was desperately in need of something positive. I wasn't having much success with healing my broken heart so I decided that making myself feel physically better and stronger was a good step toward overall healing.
I started working with Kelly in December of 2007, and now a year later I am 37 pounds lighter and more fit than ever before. I reached my goal weight in July 2008, and have maintained it ever since. How did I do it? It's a simple as this… JUST FOLLOW THE PLAN! I followed the meal plan, exercised regularly and didn't give myself any excuses for "cheating". The meals in Kelly's plan are fun, and also delicious, (really!).
What was paramount however in all of this was Kelly's support and advice. I looked forward to our weekly appointments not only to see if I had lost weight, but even more so I looked forward to my visits with Kelly. She is a fantastic person, someone to be inspired by and I am so glad to have met her. Kelly not only helped me to gain control of my relationship with food, but she also helped me heal my soul…

Losin' it is just what is says..... LOSIN IT! But I think it means more than just weight (although that was a major part for me). Not only did I lose weight and fit into my clothes again, but I lost all my bad habits when it came to food. More specifically, my sugar addiction. This program was amazing, and unlike most others it was enjoyable, not work. I learned how to cook, experiment with new food, and feel good about the body I was in. Kelly is incredibly supportive, from catering my meal plans to be vegetarian, or listening to me vent about my hard day, she's always there. Not so long ago it seemed no matter what I ate, I would end up feeling sick. I honestly feared leaving the house, or eating in a restaurant. I can proudly say after a month of following the clean eating plan I've seen a 100% improvement in my health and happiness. Thank you Kelly, you really have no idea how much you've changed my life.

I bought my wedding gown 3 months before I began with Kelly at "Losin' It". Since then, I have lost almost 20 pounds and have had to get my dress re-sized to almost half the size that I bought it! I went from a size 8 to a size 4!! Guess I should have waited to buy my dress! I feel way better and I can't wait to walk down the isle in my much slimmer gown. Not to mention I look way better in a bathing suit which will feel great on the beach during our honeymoon!

I began the ‘Losin It’ program on Feb 10th. I was 243lbs. I had just got back from a vacation in Mexico and after looking at pictures of the trip I knew it was time for a change. I had my first consult with Kelly and she assured me that if I followed the program not only would I loose weight, but I would become a much healthier person. I was skeptical at first, thinking that I was not eating that unhealthy, but I sit here today, early June, and I have lost exactly 40 lbs. That works out to 10lbs a month and I feel and definitely look a whole lot better.
The structure of the meal plans and snack ideas made it easy for me to know what to eat and when I could eat it. I really began to enjoy the different meal ideas she provided and thought there was a surprisingly large variety. My favorite was the pita pizza.
Kelly not only provided us with the meal plans, but she also taught us the good and bad things to look out for in different foods. I can now say that I am comfortable eating out, or cooking my own food and understanding what I am putting into my body.
I would recommend this program to anyone looking to loose weight or just become a healthier person. Kelly was very helpful, supportive and very motivating, which helped me become a trimmed down and healthier person.
